Thinking about sending Nellie Back

We haven't bonded yet, and I really don't like her freckles. They don't look like Kit's freckles, and they bug me. He hair is charged with static and wants to cling to her face and stick up. There is dried glue along the part in her hair.

I would like to know the procedure for sending dolls back to AG, and I am curious to know if I can get a GT21 instead?

My fiance doesn't want me to send her back, but I think it is just because he sees it as a hassle.

What's your advice?

I would exchange her because of the glue in her part--that definitely sounds like a defect to me. Maybe you could have a personal shopper hand-pick a nice doll for you. [img]smile.gif[/img]

If you aren't bonding and you feel that there is a defect, I would send her back and get your 21.

Just call them up and tell them what you don't like about her, since she is defective, they should pay for the shipping for both your new 21 doll and send you a shipping label to send your Nellie back. I've always had wonderful customer service with AG and don't think you will have a problem with the exchange [img]smile.gif[/img] .
